Truly enjoyed how stunningly beautiful the property was. The family room was huge with separate bedroom as well as a drink and the location was favourable and stunning. All the staff were friendly and excellent giving some tips about the city. In general the service was good. Location: the hotel was right by great restaurants and shops and beach and the beach and all the restaurants...

The staff was amazing and helped us with everything we needed. We received great service from Nefdy and Alondra at the front desk. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the lively Calle 38, but still peaceful and quiet.

There were a few small issues that could be improved. The breakfast options were limited and after a few days, we preferred to eat out.

The hotel is clean and the room is big. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a balcony and huuuuge super comfy bed, as for instance and care about everyone. The staff are pleasant and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Fairly clean, brand-new hotel. Polite staff throughout. Nice pool, parking on site. Superior location short walk to great restaurants, the restaurants from Playa del Carmen and Playa del Carmen. Also, near 5th Avenue. Fantastic base for exploring Playa del Carmen.

The room was modern, with nice decor and climate control, a private safe, and pay television for our comfort. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was stunning, for example, Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The venue was in a tranquil area, close to great restaurants and 5th avenue and beach;)))

The room was so spacious and the design was on point. We had a blast hanging out at the rooftop-pool, perfect for us fun-loving party animals. The location was prime, just a short walk to the vibrant 5ta Avenida and the beach. It was the perfect base for our adventures exploring Xcaret and other cool parks. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Can't wait to come back and live it up at Serenity again!

If I had to nitpick, the only thing missing was a banging nightclub or a party spot at the hotel. It would've been awesome to have some late-night fun without having to leave the premises.

This boutique hotel is ideally located close to the beach and central to the action. The rooms are spacious and well-designed with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The rooftop pool is a great feature with comfy loungers and cabanas. The staff is friendly and willing to help guests with anything they need, even teaching a little Spanish at breakfast.

This hotel is really great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. I loved the fact that the rooms have a kitchen and a balcony, it made our stay even more comfortable. The location of this hotel is also a plus, as it is close to the beach and various restaurants. The staff members were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. Another bonus was having breakfast included, which saved us time and money.

The breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious, with a great variety of choices. The location was perfect for our New Year celebration, as it was close to many restaurants and nightlife spots. the rooftop pool provided a great view of the city and was a nice spot to relax.

Although the staff was friendly, the rule of not allowing non-guests into our room felt restrictive. We also found the price of inviting a visitor to be quite expensive.
